Pamela Chipatiso graduated in 1995 with an LLB (Hons) and completed her Legal Practitioners Course at the College of Law in 1996. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2000 and, in the same year, founded Chipatiso & Co Solicitors.
Pamela is currently the Managing Partner at Chipatiso Associates LLP. Her extensive knowledge and expertise, gained over more than two decades in legal practice, are invaluable to the firm and its clients.

She has specialised in Immigration and Asylum Law for 25 years, with particular expertise in Business Immigration and Home Office compliance for sponsorship. Pamela regularly advises employers, sponsors and skilled workers on sponsor licensing, compliance with sponsorship duties, right‑to‑work checks, and navigating Home Office audits and enforcement action. She has significant experience in Skilled Worker and business-related routes, as well as complex compliance and risk-management issues affecting corporate clients.

In addition, Pamela has over 26 years’ experience in Family Law and Litigation. Her work includes divorce and separation, financial remedies, children matters, domestic abuse cases, and general civil litigation. She is recognised for her firm yet empathetic approach, her strong advocacy skills, and her ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of her clients.

As Managing Partner, Pamela plays a key role in the strategic development and day‑to‑day management of the firm. She is responsible for supervising fee earners, maintaining high professional and regulatory standards, and ensuring that the firm continues to provide accessible, high‑quality legal services. She is committed to client care, clear communication, and delivering practical, results‑focused advice.
Pamela is also actively involved in mentoring junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity and continuous learning within the firm.
